Thursday marks four years since Tommy Ballard was shot and killed while hunting on his property in Nelson County.
The human remains found in a remote part of Nelson County back in July do not belong to missing Bardstown mother Crystal Rogers, the Nelson County Sheriff's Office said Friday.
Rogers' child, Ballard's grandson, was 2 years old when Rogers disappeared.
