The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado of at least an EF-2 strength with estimated wind speeds of 120 miles per hour near Saloma in Taylor County, Ky.
Many farmers need to replenish hay, feed, fencing and equipment they lost when tornadoes ripped through in early December.
