National Guard soldiers rushed to distribute bottled water to flood-ravaged eastern Kentucky as forecasters warned of more rain coming to the region.
At least 37 people lost their lives in the flooding.
The area is home to 18 school districts. Four of them returned to the classroom this week, but 14 others are still cleaning up and assessing damage.
