Assistant Attorney General Barbara Whaley said that Hankison’s "wanton conduct could have multiplied one tragic death – Breonna Taylor – by three, easily," talking about bullets that went into an adjacent apartment.Â
He was scheduled to go on trial on Oct. 13, but his attorneys and prosecutors agreed that wasn't enough time.Â
