All lanes of Interstate 64 East opened Thursday morning at the Cochran Hill Tunnel after a fiery fatal crash Wednesday caused it to close for nearly 20 hours.
A 61-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash on Interstate 64 in Louisville last week.
