Prosecutors will not proceed with the prosecution of Kenneth Walker, boyfriend of the late Breonna Taylor,Ā for attempted murder of a police officer in connection with the March 13 Louisville police raid at Taylor's apartment.
Commonwealth's Attorney Tom Wine said FridayĀ his office will not proceed with the prosecution of Walker, boyfriend of the late Breonna Taylor, on a charge of attempted murder of a police officer.
The ordinance would restrict when and how such warrants can be sought and executed by LMPD.
