St. Matthews Police confirmed it was a bank robbery investigation that began about 9:30 a.m. Friday.Â
The suspect, Armond Langford, 32, was arrested later that day and faces multiple charges including robbery, kidnapping, and assault.
Police said Armond Langford broke into a woman's home on on Aug. 8, and drove her and her two children to a PNC Bank on Shelbyville Road.
