The contract includes 9% raises in 2022 and 3% raises in 2023, among some other perks.
Last year, Mayor Greg Fischer and former United States Attorney Russell Coleman joined community leaders, Louisville Metro Police and Metro Council to announce the new approach to violence prevention.Â
The money will be used for the city's new pilot program, which will send some 911 calls to trained behavioral experts.
