Rising river levels are a common occurrence for the people of Utica, but every time, the sight makes many who live there uneasy.
Water levels on the Ohio River are expected to rise through Saturday. MSD says flood protection crews are working to protect Louisville from flooding.
First, restaurants endured shutdowns during the pandemic. And now, some along the banks of the Ohio River are forced to close again. This time, it’s because of Mother Nature.
