Louisville Metro Department of Corrections (LMDC) is launching three incentive programs in hopes of increasing recruitment and employee retention at the jail in downtown Louisville.

Funeral arrangements are expected to be announced at a later date. 

There's around 150 staff vacancies, despite the jail in downtown Louisville being more than crowded than ever.
