LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A $25,000 a Year for Life winning ticket was sold online in Kentucky.
The ticket was sold on the Kentucky Lottery’s website for the Friday night drawing. The winning numbers were 5-12-33-43-47, with a Lucky Ball of 17.
The prize has a 20-year payout, or the winner can take a $390,000 cash option. Winners must claim their prize at lottery headquarters, located at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville.
Winners should also contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.
This marks the fourth $25,000 a Year for Life second prize won in Kentucky this year.
