LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man has been arrested in connection to a double shooting near the University of Louisville campus that killed a 32-year-old.
Brendan Spencer, 19, was arrested and charged with complicity to murder, assault and wanton endangerment, police said Friday.
The shooting was reported around 12:16 a.m. May 4 in the 400 block of University Boulevard, near Eastern Parkway, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Officers responding to the scene found two people, Bradley May and a woman, who both had been shot. Both were taken to UofL Hospital where May died from his injuries.Â
Police said the woman's injuries were not life-threatening.
Spencer pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Monday. His bond was set at $100,000, and he's scheduled back in court July 16.
