LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 40-year-old man was killed after being hit by a car early Friday in Charlestown, Indiana.Â
It happened around 6 a.m. on Highway 3 near Harry Hughes Road, according to Mark Grube with the Clark County Sheriff's Office.Â
When officers arrived they found a man who had been hit by a car. Police said the man was standing in the middle of the roadway for an unknown reason.
The investigation remains ongoing.
