LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 65-year-old southern Indiana man died after a head-on crash Monday morning in Washington County.

According to Indiana State Police, a vehicle driven by Donald Floyd was headed south on State Road 135, south of Purlee Road, when it crossed over the centerline and crashed into a truck head-on.

Floyd was pronounced deceased at the scene and the driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police said toxicology reports are pending.
