LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Authorities have identified the person who died in a motorcycle crashed near Shively Tuesday evening.
According to the Jefferson County Coroner, 67-year-old James Michael Miller died.
Officers responded to reports of an injury accident in the 4300 block of Camp Ground Road, near Ralph Avenue, around 7:40 p.m., according to Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Matt Sanders.Â
When officers arrived on scene, they found Miller had crashed and was non-responsive, Sanders said. He was transported in critical condition but later died at UofL Hospital.
Miller was the only one involved in the crash.
LMPD's Traffic Unit is leading the investigation into the crash.
