LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Every appointment at a regional driver's license offices in Kentucky on Monday will be rescheduled after a "statewide network interruption" was identified.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said Monday morning that the issue is with the license vendor's system.
"We appreciate the public’s patience as our vendor works to restore services as quickly as possible," KYTC said in a social media post.
Walk-in customers as well as everyone with appointments Monday will be given renewal forms, passes to return for expedited service or codes to renew online at a later time.
