LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Bardstown Police officers hope to help victims of domestic violence heal with an exhibit.Â
The department partnered with students at Nelson County High School for Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Survivors and those who have lost loved ones to domestic violence designed t-shirts that are now on display in the police department's conference room. They're part of a bigger movement, called "The Clothesline Project."
The project creates awareness of domestic abuse and helps give victims a platform to tell their story.
