LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new restaurant has opened in the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass.

Ándale Mexican Restaurant offers a warm and vibrant environment with options for dine-in and takeout. It provides fan-favorite Mexican cuisine such as fajitas, nachos, and enchiladas.

The new addition is located near Abercrombie & Fitch and Vans. The 3,000 square foot building features an outdoor patio.

The concept for the restaurant's flavors come from Enrique Roman, the founder of the regional restaurant chain, El Nopal.

Roman introduces the new addition as a modern take on traditional Mexican dining.

The restaurant held a soft opening over Memorial Day weekend and made quite an impression.

"I ate there every day for the first three days because it’s the best Mexican I’ve ever had. The food is so good, I want to try everything," Debbie Griesinger, general manager of The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass said in a news release.

Ándale Mexican Restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closes at 10:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. It closes at nine p.m. on Sundays.
