LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The CoreLife Eatery location in Clarksville, Indiana, is permanently closed.

The health food restaurant announced the closure of the Veterans Parkway store July 1 in a Facebook post.

"Thank you for welcoming us, supporting us, and allowing us to be part of your lives," the post read. "We are incredibly grateful for every meal shared, every conversation, and every memory made."

The closure comes after a rollercoaster past few years for the brand locally, according to our partners at Louisville Business First

The Clarksville location opened in 2018 as the first in the area, followed by a location in Louisville's east end that opened about two years later.

In 2024, the owner at the time filed for bankruptcy. The Clarksville location closed briefly in February of 2024, and reopened later that year under new ownership. The new owner also took over the Louisville location, which remains open.
