LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The PGA TOUR Superstore will open next month in Louisville.
The 35,000-square-foot source for golf apparel, accessories and more will open in the old Bed Bath & Beyond building in a shopping center off Breckenridge Lane. It's the first such facility in Kentucky.
"We are excited to help introduce PGA TOUR Superstore, the nation's leading specialty retailer, to Louisville," said Tony Fluhr, managing director of NTS Development. "Their stores provide an unmatched golf experience, and we are excited to help drive the game’s momentum for the area."
Along with being a retail destination for equipment, accessories and apparel, the store will have a putting green, hitting bays and virtual simulators. The store also will offer lessons, club fittings and repairs.
"With more than 55 golf courses in the region, golf is having its moment throughout the Ville. This makes it an obvious community for the newest PGA TOUR Superstore," said Keith Cornwell, general manager, PGA TOUR Superstore. "We provide the right equipment, apparel and services in a welcoming environment that makes new golfers and low handicappers excited about the game."
A grand opening for the store is scheduled for 9 a.m. March 29.
