LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- You're invited to buy local at the city's Louisville's annual Buy Local Fair, which is being held at a new location.
This year, it's being held at Lynn Family Stadium on Saturday, June 8, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., hosted by the Louisville Independent Business Alliance.
The event features booths from local retailers, artists, and organizations from over 100 vendors. There will also be music, food, a cooking competition and a kid's fun zone.
There will also be the MELANaire Market, which features Black-owned businesses, the Hispanic Xperience, and the Bourke Accounting Kidpreneur Market which showcases mini-businesses run by young Louisvillians.
Louisville Pure Tap will also have a water filling station for those who bring their own water bottle.
Admission is free, but parking at the stadium costs $15 per car. Organizers said a portion of the proceeds from parking costs will support LIBA and the Buy Local cause.
