LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new charcuterie store opened on Bardstown Road in Fern Creek.
Graze Craze opened at 6515 Bardstown Road in Seaton Plaza. It's owned and operated by a local husband and wife team, Steven and Lynnette Richardson.
It's a national chain that offers charcuterie boards with high-quality ingredients including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, and house-made sauces, dips and jams.
"Graze Craze has allowed us to pursue our passion of bringing people together through delicious, high-quality food while owning our own business and spending more time with family," Lynnette Richardson said in a news release Monday. "We're thrilled to bring something unique to Louisville and help guests celebrate special moments through our charcuterie creations."
It is open for online ordering, pickup, catering and local delivery weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It's open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
