LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A new Asian restaurant is headed for one of east Louisville's busiest shopping areas, adding to a growing wave of international dining options along the Hurstbourne corridor.
Korean Mongolian BBQ To Go is set to open in the Stony Brook Shopping Center on Taylorsville Road, next to Kroger, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
The restaurant will take space at 9124 Taylorsville Road, but an opening date hasn't been announced.
The addition is part of a broader trend of new Asian concepts moving into the Hurstbourne Parkway area, which has seen steady restaurant growth in recent months, LBF reports.
