LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new ramen restaurant opened in Louisville last weekend.
Kiwami Ramen is at 1700 Bardstown Road in the Deer Park neighborhood. The space was previously occupied by Wild Ginger.
The restaurant offers several different types of ramen, along with appetizers like fried calamari, tuna and salmon poke bowls.
Kiwami Ramen slow cooks its broth for 24 hours.
The restaurant will be open Monday through Wednesday this week from 4 to 10 p.m.
It will typically be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and open 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
