LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Pasta lovers have a new spot to get their fix in NuLu.
Pasta Garage, an Italian favorite from Lexington, has opened a Louisville location at 552 E. Market St.
Founded by college friends Lesme Romero and Reinaldo Gonzalez, the restaurant says it "blends the heart of Italian street food with the speed of casual dining," according to its website.
Every dish is made in-house using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Pasta Garage’s signature small-batch pasta from Lexington Pasta.
The menu features traditional Italian favorites such as chicken alfredo, baked ravioli and cacio e pepe.
It’s a fast-casual concept with prices ranging from about $7 to $16.
Guests can also buy packaged pastas and sauces to make at home.
