LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 15-year-old was arrested and charged Friday in connection with two armed robberies in Oldham County.

The juvenile suspect was charged with two counts of first degree robbery and two counts of wanton endangerment.

According to a release from the Oldham County Police Department, the first robbery happened March 11 around 9:36 p.m. at A One Food Mart on West Highway 22, where the suspect went in with a gun, demanded money and ran off on foot.

About 10 days later, the same suspect was involved in another robbery — this time around 12:24 a.m. on March 21 at Vintage Wine and Spirits on East Orchard Grass Boulevard. He robbed the clerk at gunpoint before fleeing into a nearby neighborhood.

The suspect's name was not released publicly due to his age.
