LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 17-year-old boy was hospitalized after being shot Wednesday evening in Louisville's St. Denis neighborhood.
According to Louisville Metro Police, officers responded around 8 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the 3400 block of Buckeye Road.
Once on scene, they found the boy suffering who had been shot in the leg multiple times. He was taken to UofL Hospital with injuries that police said are not considered life-threatening.
No suspects have been identified, and police have not released information about what led up to the shooting.
The investigation is ongoing.
