LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) ā An 18-year-old Crothersville High School student was arrested Wednesday morning after threats made toward the school.
Crothersville Police were informed at 9:30 a.m. that a student, James Collman, had made comments to students that he wanted to harm them and the school.
An officer at the school immediately detained Collman.
The school was then evacuated, and the students were taken to a safe location so multiple agencies could search the school grounds.
Classes were canceled for the rest of the day, and officers eventually cleared the building.
Collman was taken to the Jackson County Jail and is facing a felony charge of intimidation.
