LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An 18-year-old Louisville man will spend six years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges in relation to the fatal Harvest Homecoming shooting.

Damarius Gardiner Person pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal and obstruction of justice. He was initially charged with murder, aggravated battery, assisting a criminal and obstruction of justice.

The shooting happened in the middle of the packed fall festival last October. Corydon Central High School senior Bryce Gerlach was killed, and two other people were injured. 

Darius Tuff and Joshua Smith have already been sentenced in the case.

Tuff was sentenced to 37 years in prison while Smith was sentenced to more than seven years.

Shermichael Smith and Isaiah Page are charged with murder in the case and have trials set for later this year.
