LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two men were taken to the hospital after being shot in the Parkland neighborhood Sunday afternoon, according to Louisville Metro Police.

LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said police responded to a shooting in the 800 block of South 33rd Street, near Garland Avenue, around 2:01 p.m. When police arrived on scene, they found two men who had been shot.

Both men were taken to the hospital with what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, according to Mitchell.

LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating.

There aren't any suspects in the shooting.
