LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Four more people were arrested in connection to a Jeffersonville shooting.
Jeffersonville Police officers responded to a shooting near Presidential Place and Washington Way around 11:42 p.m. July 5. Police said a 28-year-old man had been shot and wrecked his vehicle into a tree while attempting to flee the shooter.
According to police, Zachary Jackson was found near the crime scene. Police said they obtained evidence that implicated Jackson as the shooter.
The victim was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound and he's expected to survive.
Jackson was charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery, criminal recklessness with a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
In an update Wednesday, police said four other people have been arrested and charged in connection to the shooting.
- Breanna Price-Wilkerson: Theft (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Kimberly Anderson: Unlawful Transfer of a Handgun (Level 5 Felony); False Informing (Class B Misdemeanor)
- Taryha Gilliam: Conspiracy to Commit Murder (Level 2 Felony)
- Christian Price: Conspiracy to Commit Murder (Level 2 Felony); Obstruction of Justice (Level 6 Felony, 2 counts); Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Dangerous Individual (Class A Misdemeanor); Theft (Class A Misdemeanor)
Police said it's believed the shooting stemmed from a "domestic-related conflict." A mugshot for Price-Wilkerson was not immediately made available.
