LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police are looking for "four armed individuals" that are stealing cars in the early morning hours in southwest Louisville.

According to a social media post, the Louisville Metro Police Department's Third Division is looking for people targeting homes and vehicles.

Police said they're not just breaking in, they're stealing vehicles and "putting our community at risk."

The Third Division covers:

  • Auburndale
  • Fairdale
  • Iroquois
  • Iroquios Park
  • Kenwood Hill
  • PRP
  • Southland Park
  • Southside
  • Yorktown
  • Valley Station

LMPD posted a video online of the alleged suspects stealing a vehicle from a home.
