LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Brandenburg man has been arrested after vandalizing a church in Meade County, according to police.
According to Meade County Sheriff's Office, deputies went to Bethel Methodist Church at Bethel Church Road March 8 at 10:30 a.m. Police said several items inside the church were destroyed and monuments in the cemetery were damaged.
Troy Anderson was arrested. He was charged with criminal mischief, burglary and fleeing from law enforcement, according to police.
The Meade County Sheriff's Office said Anderson also had an outstanding warrant on unrelated charges. He is being held in Meade County Jail.
