LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man gunned down in Louisville's California neighborhood Wednesday morning has been identified.Â
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office said Kevin Saunders, 32, died of multiple gunshot wounds just before 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 28.
A spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police said officers were called to the 1000 block of Dixie Highway around 7 a.m. on a report of a person down. Once on scene, police found a man — Saunders — with multiple gunshot wounds.Â
He was pronounced dead at the scene.Â
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating, but at last check had no suspects and had made no arrests.Â
