LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Madison Police arrested a former football coach in connection to a child exploitation investigation.

Madison Police began an investigation into 30-year-old Kevin Fox after police got a cybertip through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Fox's residence was searched, and he was arrested and taken to the Jefferson County Jail.

Madison Consolidated Schools confirms Fox was a former junior high assistant coach. The district said his responsibilities ended in fall 2023, and he's no longer an employee of the district.

“It is important to us that we are transparent and share what we can with our families as situations arise,” Dr. Teresa Brown, Madison Consolidated Schools superintendent said in a news release Friday.

Fox is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.

Anyone with information about this ongoing investigation is asked to contact Madison Police at 812-265-3347.
