LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 20-year-old from Louisville was charged with rape in Boone County, according to police.

According to court documents, Boone County deputies went to a home in Florence on a report that a naked man was in a 13-year-old girl's bedroom. Police said the father of the girl went into the bedroom and saw a Parker Kramer on the floor.

The father told Kramer he was calling police. When the man went downstairs to call police, Kramer pushed him, almost knocking him to the ground. Police said Kramer then ran back upstairs as the father of the girl went to get a gun.

According to police, Kramer escaped from the home as the homeowner fired three shots from his gun into the ground.

After Kramer was detained on a burglary charge, he admitted to police that he had sex with the 13-year-old girl, according to court documents. Kramer also received oral sex and digitally penetrated the victim.

He was charged with rape, sodomy and burglary.
