LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested Wednesday in connection to a shooting last weekend that left another man hospitalized, Louisville Metro Police said.
Ricky Tinsley, 35, was charged with first degree assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
