LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was hospitalized after being shot Saturday night near Louisville's St. Denis neighborhood.
Louisville Metro Police officers responded around 8:20 p.m. to reports of a shooting in the 6500 block of Flagler Avenue, according to spokesperson Dwight Mitchell.
Police found a man shot in the leg. He was taken to UofL Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Police said the incident appears to be "domestic in nature."
