LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was taken to the hospital after being shot multiple times in the Russell neighborhood Monday afternoon, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said police responded to a shooting in the 600 block of Village West Drive, near 9th Street, around 2:40 p.m. Once police arrived on scene, they found a man who had been shot.
He was taken to UofL Hospital for treatment, Bradley said.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit and homicide investigators are investigating the shooting.
Bradley said police don't have any suspects at this time.
