LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was taken to the hospital after a shooting being shot near downtown Louisville on Sunday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said a man arrived at University of Louisville Hospital by private means with a non-fatal gunshot wound around 1:35 a.m.Â
Police believe the shooting happened near 2nd Street and River Road near the Ohio River.Â
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating the incident.Â
