LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Police in Salem, Indiana, are investigating a break in at an independent pharmacy.

Around 6 a.m. Monday, Salem Police responded to a report of a broken window at a vacant store in the shopping center on Jim Day Road, Indiana State Police spokesperson Sgt. Carey Huls said in a release. 

When police arrived, they found someone had broken into the Good Living Pharmacy. ISP was called into the help with investigation, Huls said.

While investigating, police found narcotics and cash were stolen during the burglary, which they said happened sometime between Friday evening, April 4 and Monday morning, April 7. 

Police are still investigating, and ask anyone who may have seen suspicious activity or has any information about this case to contact Det. Travis Baker at the ISP post in Sellersburg at 1-800-872-6743.
