Officers responded to the 3400 block of Dixie Highway around 5 p.m. on a call that there was an "active aggressor," Shively Police spokesperson Jordan Brown said in a statement.
Once on scene, police found no active aggressor but discovered a single shot had been fired. Brown said no injuries were reported.Â
One person is in custody, and police believe the people involved know one another. Brown didn't specify whether the person in custody is being charged with any crime.
