LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are looking for an alleged murder suspect who they said shot and killed a man on Aug. 15.
Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Aaron Ellis said police were called around 10:10 p.m. to South 26th and Market streets to a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot.
Terrez Cureton was found with a gunshot wound and was taken to UofL Hospital, where he later died.
Police said the alleged suspect, Lamarr Jones, shot Cureton. He is facing murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon charges.
He should be considered armed and dangerous.
