LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Jury selection for one of two people charged in the death of a man in the Germantown neighborhood three years ago got underway Monday.Â
Gregory Rhodes is facing several charges, including complicity to murder, kidnapping, robbery and theft by unlawful taking after Dennis Kos died from injuries sustained in an assault inside a Germantown home near the intersection of Mary and East Oak Streets in July 2022.
According to court documents, another person -- Josiah Hart -- was involved in the assault. Rhodes told investigators he was there when it happened, and helped move Kos's body to the street after Kos was strangled by Rhodes.
