LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police are investigating the death of an 8-month-old baby in Washington County, Indiana.
Officials say the mother of 8-month-old Leelan Crain found the child unresponsive during a nap around 7 last night.
Police say he was pronounced dead early this morning at Kosair Children's Hospital.
An autopsy this morning shows the preliminary cause of death to be blunt force trauma to the head, but officials say it will take up to 6 weeks to make a final determination.
