LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Greater Clark County Schools is partnering with a southern Indiana home builder to develop a residential neighborhood next to its new middle school.

The district selected Millennium Builders to develop a neighborhood next to the site of the future River Ridge Middle School, near State Route 62 and Utica-Sellersburg Road.

The neighborhood, deemed Trophy Ridge, will feature 42 homes, ranging from $475,000 to $600,000 in price.

The builder plans to tie in the school district's academic and sports history into the new neighborhood, which will start taking shape in the spring of 2026.
