LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- To celebrate Independence Day, the Louisville Chorus joined their voices together Saturday afternoon.
The community filled the lawn at Sawyer Hayes Community Center off Lakeland Road for "Singing for America."
The free event was a fanfare for the Fourth of July with several patriotic songs and readings. Several brought their lawn chairs and blankets to sing along to the tunes.
This is the Louisville Chorus' 81st season.
