LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The fifth suspect in the shooting death of a toddler was booked into Metro Corrections Thursday.Â
Duwan Mason was arrested in Nashville in December and was just transferred to Metro Corrections.
He is charged with murder, wanton endangerment and attempted murder -- among other charges.Â
US Marshals found him in a Nashville apartment after getting information he could be there. Â
It was August of 2014 when Ne'riah and her mother, Cierra Twyman-Miller, were gunned down on the front porch of their Shawnee neighborhood home.Â
Twyman-Miller survived but her little girl did not.Â
Four people have already been arrested:Â Michael Dunn Jr., William Mclemore, Demarkus Tramber and Trey Anderson.Â
Anderson told investigators the shooting was in retaliation to another shooting.
