LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man convicted of manslaughter after a crash that killed four teens was denied shock probation today.

Herbert Lee pleaded guilty in October to possessing a stolen car and fleeing police in a Feb. 2014 incident.

Lee had already served less than three years for manslaughter. In 2008, he crashed a stolen car, killing four teenagers who had been told to ride home with Lee after a youth event.

Lee was sent back to prison in 2013 after being convicted in another car theft.

He requested shock probation after his most recent arrest in February.
