Hours after the decision, feelings of outrage, frustration and disappointed filled the space in front of the Gene Snyder Courthouse on Broadway in downtown Louisville where hundreds of people gathered in protest.
On Friday, more than 20 woman seeking an abortionĀ saw their appointments canceled.
The decision by the court's conservative majorityĀ is expected to lead to abortion bans in roughly half the states.
